Christmas Cheer

Well, I'm slightly behind on the Christmas post. Better late than never I suppose. This was Brikelle's FIRST CHRISTMAS! And boy, did it make our Christmas even more magical. Kids make everything a zillion times better! Even though she had no clue what was going on, it was still so much fun watching her and watching everyone else get so excited for her. It makes me so happy as a mom to see how much everyone genuinely loves my baby, and how much joy she brings into the room. Just watching that was better than any present I received.I cannot wait to start the elf on the shelf and watch Brikelle start to understand the meaning of Christmas (and Santa).

My dad's favorite gift ;)
I seriously took like five pictures the entire day, SAD! But we just woke up and had our own little Christmas     with the 3 of us. Then we headed to my parents house to open our presents, then out to Mitch's sisters for a while. Then we came back into town with my fam and watched Les Miserables. SO AMAZING! Then we spent the rest of the evening with Mitch's family. It was a busy, yet fun day. Filled with family, good food and lots of entertainment from our little miss.
THEN MY SISTER CAME! This was my favorite part of (after) Christmas.

The cousins had the best time playing with each other. (This was before Brikelle pulled Everlie's hair and then Ev pushed B off the toy onto the floor)

On New Year's Eve we drove up to Jackson to visit Justin J. He surprised us with tickets for the Teton Village Tram ride. So we bundled up the kids in the FREEZING weather and rode up to the top of the world. (No, really. There is a sign that says the top of the world up there, so it must be true right?)
At the top of the tram ride we went to a little cabin and got some hot chocolate to warm up our bones before we headed back down.

Christmas 2012 was amazing. We made some wonderful memories.
It was the perfect ending to a great year and the perfect beginning for 2013!
