Am I really 24? I seriously thought I was only 22 this entire year.. Man, time flies when your having fun!
(although I tend to forget every year how old I am)
Anyways.
I seriously had the BEST birthday. My sister and Baby E flew into town Thursday night, so I got to wake up to their smiling faces for my b-day. My A-MaZiNg Friends took us to Kneaders for their legendary all you can eat french toast. Then my sis and I spent the entire day at Gardner Village, swooning over all the boutiques and fabrics, dreaming up some amazing crafts in our brains.
Aren't they just the cutest?
Then that sneaky hubby of mine planned a B- day party at the Market Street Grill in Salt Lake. My family drove from Idaho to meet us there. I'm so embarrassed to even be telling this, but I figured it's one of those things you can look back on and laugh right?
RIGHT.....
So we get to the Market Street Grill and all I could see was fish and clams and other fishy stuff. So I looked at the Menu and everything was like $40 a plate and it was weird things like flounder. I mean who really eats flounder? So I started getting all emotional and went into the foyer and the hormones kicked in right about then. Mitch came out and asked what the matter was and I just couldn't hold back the tears. I whined like a little baby because I didn't like the food choices and I didn't want to make all of our friends come and pay $40 a plate for gross food.
(Embarrassing right?)
I know I know, but that sweet husband of mine and our good friends Austin and Hilary looked up all the nearby places on their phone so we could change venues before the rest of the crew got there. My family all came out wondering what was going on, and we decided to walk over to the Gateway to see what our other options were. Then we came upon Iggy's and Baby Shim told me that's exactly where we should go. So we hauled the entire crew to Iggy's and had a Fabulous evening. Thanks Mom, Dad, Ash, Justin, Baby E, Austin, Hilary, Todd, Morgan, Jeff, Baby Austin, Tausha, Josh and his beautiful date (can't remember her name, sorry)! I had the greatest birthday and thanks for enduring my hormonal break down and being so great about changing locations!
(I think they cut me a little slack since I'm pregnant ;)
HA See, now we can just look back on that and laugh right??
OK
And now to make this post THAT much longer, GRADUATION! That's right, I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene on Monday Night. It was AMAZING! We had lots of great speakers with many laughs and a few tears (Again, that baby just tugs on the water works)
A huge Thanks to
EVERYONE
who helped me get there. I couldn't have done it without all my friends and family, driving to Utah and being my patients. Especially my amazing hubby coming in all those times on short notice when my patients decided not to show up. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
Ya, I lost the camera cord, so...no Camera!
All we've got is the I-phone photo's!

I also had the AMAZING Honor of receiving the
"Excellence In Professional Care Award".
I was shocked and thrilled and SO glad I didn't trip while walking all by myself up those stairs in my heels ;)
Ok, this post is officially over! Oh, one more thing ;) I passed my Anesthesia written and clinical exams today, WOOP! ONE MORE BOARDS TEST TO GO! And I promise you'll never have to hear about them again ;)
