*Wasn't this long weekend amazing? We were just lovin' being at home with the fam. It was lovely on Sunday night, relaxing and not rushing back to Utah. Mitch and I spent the weekend in St. Anthony with his family. We played lots of games and ate way to much food. We attempted to go sledding up on the dry farms but there was LOTS of snow and it was very wet... I decided that sledding is more of a chore/exercise than a fun activity. The funnest part was riding the snow machine to the top.. Walking back up is WAY to much work! Actually, the very funnest part was watching the kids get so exciting about going down the hill. They are so cute and I feel like we don't see them nearly enough! We're definitely excited to hurry up and finish school so we can move back to Idaho and be close to our families. We miss Idaho SOOO much! It was nice driving down those peaceful country roads with no other cars on them. I can't wait till we build a house in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of a field so no one is around us! Hopefully that dream comes to pass sooner rather than later.

*On our drive back to Utah we decided to stop in Salt Lake and go experience the Beehive House. We had never been before so it was really great. The sister Missionaries told a few interesting stories I had never heard before. I seriously
love being around Mitch in a spiritual environment, he seems to just soak it all in. He is such a great example because he LOVES studying the gospel and EVERYTHING about it! I can always find him in bed reading a new church book. The best is when he reads something interesting because he will seriously follow me around the entire house repeating/reading the entire story he just read. It makes me laugh, he gets so excited about it! When we read our scriptures he can answer all of my questions and always has a great story to go along with it, so it makes it extra enjoyable. I hope I can keep learning from him and acquire his enthusiasm for learning about the gospel.

My sister is going to be so annoyed of me but I can't help but post pictures of my Niece she is just the sweetest thing alive!

Isn't she a gem..
